Each year Norfolk County Council ask all parents and carers to complete an annual parental satisfaction survey to capture families experiences at Norfolk Children’s Centres. We will let you know when the next one is available (usually each December).
We regularly ask parents to complete evaluations after completing our courses or attending our activities this is because this is your Children’s Centre and your views are extremely important to us. We receive funding from the government to provide families in our area with appropriate free activities and services to improve early years outcomes for all children aged between 0 and 8 years in the North City area. We have to prove that we are making a difference to the lives of all families in our community. We need to know how our activities are impacting your lives. Without your feedback we cannot provide the evidence we need to secure additional funding. This could mean that in the future our activities and services may be cut. Please make sure you let us know how we are doing.
We have cut out shapes for you to write your comments on and add to our Field of Views on the wall in our main centre corridor. We appreciate and value your comments and make positive changes from your feedback. Please let us know how we are doing!
